All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order being delivered.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Order Verification & High-Risk Orders

To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all orders are subject to verification.

• The billing address and shipping address must match.
• Please ensure that all billing, shipping, and contact information is accurate before submitting your order.
• Orders identified as high risk or that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
